摘要：AbstractThe analysis of the occurrence of law shows that it was formed and acquired personality by gradual separation from moral norms and customs. Therefore it can be said that morals precedes law and that both have evolved in close interdependence, being themes of analysis and reflection for philosophers and legal experts.
